Dear Sir or Madam,

   We organize training of foreign students starting from the kindergarten level to a college or a university in the Greater Vancouver (Metro ( or Great) Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada).

      Greater Vancouver consists of 15 cities. Major cities are: Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby Coquitlam, New Westminster, Surrey, North Vancouver, Langley, etc . Each city has its own municipality, including School District.

       Currently we are working with the cities of Vancouver, Coquitlam , Burnaby , Richmond , New Westminster, and Surrey . As agents, we help to place students in the public schools of Greater Vancouver. The students sign an educational agreement and pay fees directly to the School District.

       Tuition fees vary depending on the duration of the course. It is a one-time payment, and is about 14000 - 15000 CAD per academic year. The rate of the Canadian dollar to the U.S. dollar is approximately 1:1. The price includes 12000-13000 Canadian dollars for tuition, $ 200 application fee and medical insurance is about 800 Canadian dollars. This does not include the cost of getting visas or any services outside Canada. Accommodation and food, as well as additional services in Canada, such as meeting at the airport, finding housing, and additional services not related to training (for example, open a bank account in a Canadian bank).

     Rental rates vary depending on the city and the proximity to the downtown: a house can be rented for about $2500, one or two bedroom condo for about $1000-$1500 , studio - $600 - $1000 CAD.

     Students before the age 13 must live with their parents. If a student is over 13 years, he /she may be placed in a Canadian family. This program is called Homestay and can be arranged through the School District. There are many families looking forward to welcoming you as part of their family while you are studying. For placement you may choose from one of several homestay agents. Homestay includes room and board ( costs approximately $800 a month). You may also request pick up and drop-off at school. The application cost for this programme is in the range from $500 to $ 1000.

     Acceptance in the International Education Program and subsequent placement in a school will be determined by the applicant's educational and behavioral ackground and present academic standing as indicated on the transcripts and immigration documents.

     The School District tests the student to determine the level of language and the need for additional English classes (ESL courses). Additional lessons are included in the fees. After a year the students usually speak English fluently and do not require additional lessons.

     The School District offers free English classes for student’s parents.

     International students who have been registered in the program for at least four years will not have to write the TOEFL examination to be considered for entrance into a B.C. college or university.

      Students studying at the country on a student visa for two years are eligible to work in the country on a work visa for another two years . After studying for two years and working for a year can apply for a permanent card (PR CARD ) .

    If, for any reason, the Embassy of Canada denies visa , the transferred money for tuition and unused medical insurance will be refunded.

       To sum it up:

        - The total cost of tuition and living is about 25,000 Canadian            dollars per year;

       - Full immersion in the English – speaking environment and the          culture;

       - An opportunity for the parents to learn English for free;

       - Integration into the international system of training and further        entering a university;

       - The possibility of obtaining Canadian citizenship ;

       - The opportunity to live in one of the most exciting, advanced            and safest countries in the world.
